Yoga Flow Classes

Being totally in awe of the natural world, seasons, the lunar cycle, ancient teachings + wisdom. Marisela shares this knowledge and understanding in her classes. The reflections of the seasons play a big part in the theme and deeper meaning behind the practise. I believe that it is the practise of Yoga on the mat that gives us the tools to lead our lives off the mat, with the potential to do the highest good and be of service to all living beings, ourselves and the planet.

Being present with the breath, being present with self; allows for a more meaningful existence. Seeing the beauty in every lesson, embracing our dark side (and not running from it) so that our light can shine brighter so that we can be our authentic selves and make decisions based on truth and live our best lives.

All classes currently running weekly are not suitable for beginners.

My classes are inclusive of everyone. In kindness, I ask that you respect the guidance and teaching of yoga during our session together and that you respect others in the group.
Online sessions require you to have your camera on (please) this is so I can offer alignment cues to help you, But also for peace of mind we are all aware of who is in the virtual room.

Yoga Flow

Monday 6 pm (Online)

The word ‘Hatha’ literally translates as ‘physical practise’ the act of balance between ‘Ha’ (Sun) and ‘tha’ (Moon) energy. All Yoga poses come from this lineage.

The simple act of balance.

The balance come from our Yoga practise. Traditionally the act of Hatha Yoga prepares our body, body + spirit ready for meditation. Each pose offers itself to us to study our own experiences and sensations felt as we hold the pose for the count of a few breaths - through pausing and breathing that’s where the magic of yoga happens.

Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday 6pm (Online)

My favourite style of Yoga and where my teachings began back in 2017. Vinyasa style yoga is like a moving, pulsating meditation. Free flowing and hugely invigorating. Prana (breath/air) moves around the body freely as we create space. Moving in rhythm and synchronicity with the breath, something magical happens.

Classes are suitable only for those with Yoga experience

Restorative Yoga

6 - 7:30 pm Location: Winslow

A nourishing and completely relaxing experience. The only aim in this class is comfort, ease and rest. Each month set yourself from a deeply rested mindset

Giving way to complete surrender. When we allow ourselves to be open and supported in this intimate small group setting we become open to healing and unblocking stagnant energies within the body and mind.

Classes can sometimes include any of the following: Crystals, oracle cards, essential oils and plant medicines.

Props are provided except yoga mats + blankets. please bring your own.
